In the heart of the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, these stylish luxury apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living/dining space. Parking and breakfasts are also available (charges apply) Rasmus Living Apartments are centrally located, directly opposite the Harrogate International Conference Centre, the Royal Hall and the stunning Valley Gardens. The apartments are only 3 minutes' walk from the famous Montpellier Quarter leading to Betty's on Parliament street and a short walk away from the Harrogate train station making the apartments perfect for business and leisure guests. All the Rasmus Living Apartments have a kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, pots and pans. Each apartment has free internet access, a spacious open-plan living space with a large flat-screen TV, CD/DVD player and music centre. Each apartment has at least one bathroom with a bath or bath and shower. The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments offer zip-link beds and can be made up as double or single beds. Fresh towels, toiletries and linen are provided, along with Yorkshire tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar. Rasmus breakfasts are available to order 48 hours prior to arrival and at an extra cost, featuring fresh bread, fruit, preserves, cereals and fresh orange juice. Guests can benefit from exclusive discounts at selected restaurants in the area.

Apartments were perfect location with the Valley Gardens just opposite and wine bars and eateries in abundance. Well planned access and we parked just outside and purchased a parking permit which was well worth it. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. We will certainly be going back again. A lovely weekend was had by all Anne Wolverhampton. I booked an apartment for a group of 4 as a base to work in the area. It was a home from home. Perfect for our needs. I would recommend it for a family of 4 also. Street parking nearby which would be the only downside if you don't want to pay. Didn't effect us though as we left each day before payment was required.

Staff were very helpful when e-mailed requesting details regarding luggage and essential provisions. Comfortable, well positioned accomodation. Ideal for a group of old friends to get together in easy access of places to eat, drink coffee etc. Dealings with booking staff prior to visit was excellent. Very good telephone manner & very helpful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and warm. There was plenty of storage. The furnishings were well-chosen and smart. Location-wise it was excellent - close to shops and restaurants - and the parking permit was well worth obtaining. Really nicely decorated. Powerful shower. Plenty of wine glasses ;) Thoughtfully set up with tea/coffee/milks, spare light bulbs, some dishwasher tablets and a few toiletries. Superb location and very helpful staff. Having never stayed in an apartment before was very pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the freedom and easy access the apartment afforded. I will definitely stay in apartments again instead of hotels. Great location, beside a lot of cafes & restaurants and shops. The stunning Valley Park right outside the door and ideal for a leisurely stroll or jogging. Standard of decor and room size is fantastic. Apartment was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. I was there with my family for a family party, and it was perfect for all of us to be together rather than in a hotel, Will certainly be back . It was spacious easy to access and parking was very close. The space and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. On the first day - Saturday - there was a strong smell of cooking in the flat which was a little off-putting. The smell wasn't noticeable the next day so we wondered if it was coming from next door pub which doesn't serve food on Sundays. For future reference might be an idea to check dates on food items - we were left two loaves of bread but unfortunately the brown loaf was out of date. The equipment in the kitchen was good quality but there could have been more of it. The amount of crockery was quite minimal for four persons. A little noisy Saturday night but that it the trade-off with town centre location. Parking in town centre car parks is a bit expensive but no worse (and better) than other towns. A bloody towel, (looks like period stains) hidden in the wardrobe. That my toddler found and was playing with. Room cleaning should be better. The apartment was on a busy road/roads-we enjoyed the outlook and the people watching but there was a lot of noise from passers by ALL through the night. Ear plugs needed!!!. n/a. Had to climb a lot of stairs. Not luxury at all, I would say good standard,but not luxury eg furnishings quite basic:I accept it is Scandi style but if you're to describe it as luxury there has to be a lot more attention to detail,probably fitted out by a man.As it was in the attic there were no windows you could look out of so a bit claustrophobic. Can't think of anything !!!. Nothing negative to say. Didn't like being so close to the main road, the noise of the vehicals driving at top speed at 3am in the morning, the people leaving the club shouting at top of voices, the person/people in apartment in floor above very noisey I actually thought they were in the apartment with us. Could do with double glazing so can drown out the noise from outside. Parking was a bit annoying and after a four hour journey was a bit tiresome. Would not want to stay in the summer as no air conditioning. No lift/elevator which makes it hard with small children and lots of luggage. sloping ceiling in bedroom - knocked head on it once. Just not used to it and you did ask the question!. Would suggest an additional light over the mirror in the bathroom. A shower would have been nice. There was as washing machine but not a drier which would be useful. The bath was too small it would have been much better had there been a walk in shower and the bath removed neither use nor ornament in real terms. Couldn't shower standing up. Door stops for bedroom. No TV in bedroom. As I mentioned to the proprietor, a little noisy - needs double glazing on the windows. The stairs up to the property which my mother struggled with (being 78) as well as us carrying the luggage. No shower - only shower head over bath (not advised of this). When I booked the apartment I was under the impression I would be in a different room due to the pictures on the website, I was slightly disappointed. Cetre area is a bit noisy if you are not a clubber. having to leave. Now this is nit picking a bit but the blinds let too much daylight in in the early hours. The apartment was dirty, there was thick clumps of black hair on the carpet and stuff under the sofa and beds. With all the tables being glass we were a bit shocked that there wasn't even a coaster to protect the tables when we put our drinks down. The sloping roofs were a bit of a nightmare and some of the rooms were a little dark. It's location on a back street near a noisy nightclub.
