Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Pam and shown to our room. The room was lovely with stunning views across the Loch, and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Both the room and the en suite were spotlessly clean. My husband and I were mortified when he spilt some red wine over the lovely bedding. However, Pam assured us that it wasn't a problem and promptly stripped the wine stained bedding and re made the bed! We had a very comfortable night and the following morning enjoyed a hearty .
kaikki arvostelut » Luckily we had very good weather and hence could enjoy the sceneries in and around Fort William. Mrs Pam had informed us how to locate them, which was very helpful. The rooms and the B&B in general was so spick and span, which we have never seen in other hotels. She took care of us, providing us with packed breakfast since we had to leave to airport early morning. Detailing she did to each rooms is commendable. We had a great time in Ardlinnhe B&B and in Fort William. A warm and freindly welcome from Pam that was not intrusive told us all we needed to know. Room was ample in size with twin rooms and a well appointed bathroom with lovely thick towels. View of the loch from our window and from the conservatory for breakfast. The breakfast was superb, quality and sufficient portions. Ample guest car parking and only a 10 minute walk to town....would recommend. The host family are all very freindly and helpful. The aspect is lovely and we had a front room, looking out onto the lake. The breakfast room has a lovely view. There are many thoughful touches such as local DVDs and coupons. The china for breakfast was lovely. There are a good number of restaurants and pubs nearby for dinner. There is a Tesco for anything you need. Great location friendly greeting. Breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the loch fantastic view. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Easy walking distance into the town. Couple of miles from the gondola which takes you up the Ben Nevis range to 2000 feet. Lovely area for walking. Went to Isle of Skye as a day trip by car. Worth the additional mileage. Liked absolutely everything about this B&B. Beautiful room that was spotless and decorated and furnished to a high modern standard.The view from the dining room was stunning and the breakfast freshly prepared, plentiful and varied options available. Would 100% recommend this B&B and will definitely return when visiting the area in the future. Our party of four were all delighted by the high standard of accommodation a the Ardlinnhe. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were celebrating two birthdays (twins!) and the day got off to a great start when Pam served a delicious breakfast in the beautiful conservatory overlooking the loch. Superb !. Lovely mid-century modern style B&B, has updated, contemporary feel while keeping the "bones" of the building in mind. Generous choices for breakfast, friendly staff. The owner Pam was born and raised in the area is very familiar with the history, and the community. Cannot wait to go back. Pam was very welcoming, room was very clean, very well decorated, beds very comfortable, good shower, breakfast to your own choice and was very very good - facilities all in all and closeness to Fort William was very very good. Would certainly recommend this B & B. We'd liked Pam and her attention to detail. DId not meet her husband. Room was beautiful and overlooked the foreshore. She gave us friendly advice about how to drive to the Isle of Skye and what to see and do in Fort William. Overall really impressed. The room was clean and very spacious, with a stunning view over the loch. The wi-fi worked ok, but not enough for a Skype call. Having breakfast in the conservatory with a view on the loch was very pleasant. One of the owners was very kind and helpful. We had a very spacious room and bath. There are only three rooms. Our's appeared to be larger than the others. New, modern decor all around. Appeared to be very new. We had a beautiful view of the Loch. Very clean. Good Scottish breakfast. Everything about our stay was fantastic! Pam was very helpful and welcoming, the food was good, the view of the lake was nice, our bed was comfortable, our room was big, she had movies on DVD for us to watch and she even had a hairdryer to use. we loved the location the friendliness of pam and ray,the views that you got while having breakfast,the cleanliness of the b&b and how close it was to town. Nothing was to much trouble and we were well looked after,would highly recommend. Excellent stay for one night. Location is good, lakeside among all the other B&B's 5 minutes walk to the city center. Host is very professional, everything is perfeclty organized. The room was great, breakfast as well. Only a few steps from the city center. Beautiful City, we arrived @ 8:30pm owner seemed a little tired when we arrived. We left early AM, hostess packed us a to go breakfast. Yes I would stay again, so I could spend more time in Fort William. Excellent breakfast comfortable bed extremely clean and well cared for home, we will definitely stay again next time we are up in that area, and would certainly recommend it to our friends. Loved the B&B nothing I didn't like. There was nothing we didn't like, about this B & B and would gladly stay over again. The size of the shower was restrictive and maybe the layout of the bathroom could be redesigned. The tea/coffee tray was a little awkward and low. It was difficult to find the place in the dark. I ordered black pudding, tomatoes and mushrooms and had one slice of back pudding, half a tomato and two mushrooms. Only one of the owners was very kind. Nothing. If we wanted to be picky it might be nice to have a bigger tv, but it was certainly not necessary. Also, the sign was a bit hard to see from the road so we drove right by it. Nothing to dislike at all. nothing it was perfect. Leaving. Nothing. - The dinning area a little bit cold in the morning. - Cramped parking. Fort William is a good base but not the nicest. If I had to be really picky, it wasn't possible to watch T.V. From the single bed closest to the window, but since I wasn't in that one, I had no issues!. Cooked breakfast wasn't great. The mattress should be replaced. Nothing. A hot milk option for coffee would make perfect. Nothing. Everything is great !. Nothing.

Travelling from the North on the A82, follow signs for Glasgow, this will take you on to Achintore Road, Ardlinnhe is situated approx. 500m on your left hand side.
