very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely go a gain. Very spacious room with three single beds or one double and one single. En suite shower was modern and clean. Breakfast was substantial. Shared table with other guests. Convenient for dining out, pubs, restaurant with in easy walking distance. -

Rooms clean comfortable and cosy, breakfast very tasty. Owners even gave lift to NEC to save us struggling with parking for the Horse of the Year Show!! Couldn't ask for more !!!

This hotel was absolutely lovely and great value for money. I travel a lot for business and this is by far the loviest hotel I have stayed in. The staff made our visit extra special as I had arranged Fizz and chocolates in our room for my friends Birthday. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out.

A very homely, comfortable guest house. The owners, Stan and Jo are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. I've a short but very pleasant stay at Joe And Stan's. It is cozy and lovely. I received friendly welcoming and the best hospitality. It was a safe place for a lone businesses woman like me. The bed was good and the breakfast was excellent. I surely will go back again next time I'll be in Birmingham. Thank you for making me feel like home.
