After staying in hotels, it was great to be in an apartment, big tv, great bed & pillows, it was nice to cook for ourselves, also to shop at the gourmet food deli's which were close by. To catch up on laundry, we were very happy.
The price was brilliant! The apartment was spacious, spotless and ideally located.
The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The location, rooftop terrace and overall look/feel of the property. Private and welcoming. Very comfortable bed and excellent amenities.

The stairs! A necessary evil I understand though. One thing to add to the information email would be where to leave the key on departure. Wifi didn't work on our first day.
The allocated parking for the apartment was unable to be used therefore we had to park in the street. Fortunately we were there on a Saturday night for just the night therefore were able to park in the street nearby.
Cheltenham seemed a good spot for a night's stopover but not much exciting compared with other destinations.
Some rooms are located at upper floor, if you carry heavy luggage you need to hlp yourself.

This apartment was not as clean as the other apartments I have stayed in with MKStays.
Worst thing is parking. Only 4 spaces which were taken at 11am despite 3pm check in, no parking on street outside so had to park in main carpark for £10 and be out for 10am to put more coins in the slot.

When we usually stay at places like this there is often a welcome pack, which can range from just milk in the fridge and a bowl of fruit to something more substantial, suggest you do this it makes an impressions.
Could do with feather pillows and duvet.
Only 4 parking spaces for 12 apartments and no information was provided on alternative long term car parks. Dishes had not been emptied from the dishwasher. Washing machine was not working and when we called the agent we were told someone would call us back but no-one did. We were only staying one night and needed to do some washing so ended up using a laundromat nearby.
The fact that when we arrived at 5pm and entered the apartment it had not been cleaned after the previous occupants had left.
The noise kept us awake and we actually left a day early.
