Ideal location for a night's stay after a Christmas Party. Late morning cherckout.
It was all good
Excellent room and even better breakfast included
Nothing really
friendliness and politeness of staff
heating was a bit noisy
Staff Breakfast Quiet area
Room was a little cold but I'm only knit picking.
Simple, clean, comfy bed, friendly staff
Good location, decent breakfast, good value for money.
The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful in providing a map which helped me to go where I wanted. restaurant staff were equally so.
Enough tea/milk/sugars and a packet of biscuits used to be in every Travel Inn as Premier were called which were needed after a long car journey. Only enough now are provided for an early cup of tea/coffee. The old amount of facilities should be reinstated, we had to bring our own extra teas and biscuits. Premier are getting mean.
Not the first premier inn i have stayed in and will not be the last,A usual perfect, clean and tidy, perfect staff so helpful
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had space enough for a family of four.
The rooms were a bit hot, and there was no way of reducing the temperature. We were on the ground floor so leaving the windows open meant that noise and fumes entered.
The staff were exceptional especially the day duty manager who could not have been more helpful. We were offered a full refund for the room with the u/s air conditioning .
The air conditioning unit in one of our family's room was unserviceable during particularly hot weather.
Accessibility to Cambridge. Restaurant next door.
The mattress on the bed. The time that the dustmen arrived in the morning!
Convenient to buses to the city
'Background' music!!
Good location, clean, comfortable and an excellent breakfeast!
Friendly and helpfull staff
A very friendly environment; a very comfortable room; very helpful staff; a very enjoyable breakfast. We would definitely stay at the Cambridge North (Girton) Premier Inn again.
The room was pretty large, the restaurant food was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful
The bed was hard, it was pretty expensive for a 'budget hotel' at nearly £100 a night, the internet was £3/day and v slow.
The choice of pillows. Helpful staff especially Paul at check in Thought in to the design of the room and bathroom
nothing
Excellent breakfast
Very Clean Hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Also it was fairly close to city centre
Very welcoming, friendly staff. Comfortable and convenient for Cambridge center by bus, parking a nightmare in town! Beefeater also excellent and convenient.
I found Premier Inn (Girton) very clean, so quiet and staff very helpfull. Importantly, bus stopped in just few meters from the hotel.
Staff
Room crammed with 4 beds and charged at £100 per night! It's no better than an average motel and would normally be £55 a night or so.
not easy to find
