We arrived to a warm friendly welcome and were allowed to check in straight away (which was more than an hour before the stated check in time).The family room and en-suite was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast included a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, plus full cooked English, along with fresh fruit juices, coffee etc. The hotel itself is Excellent and can-not be faulted, and we have already recommended it to other family members.

I liked everything! The room was very comfortable, very clean. Staff was wonderful, very friendly. The hotel was very cozy and in walking distance from beach/shops&food. Excellent!. Lovely boutique hotel in the ocean of tatty seaside resort accommodation in Bournemouth. An absolute gem and lucky find. Good location for the BIC, town and beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was lovely and clean, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Price was reasonable and the breakfast was lovely. Steph was very helpful & a good host. We had tickets for the International Centre which was only a few minutes walk away - very convenient. Owners made the stay personal like we were family. Room was bright spacious and well furnished. Parking was a big plus. Lovely room - very clean & comfortable Owner of hotel was lovely, very friendly & helpful. Warm welcome, very helpful, nice stylish room, great breakfast, will use this hotel again. The feel of welcome as soon as we arrived.Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast,. Very clean . Easy walk along beach into centre. Well cooked breakfast. very clean and friendly easy reach to beach and shopping. The helpful owner and being warm and comfortable. Very clean Great room Location Parking nearby. Very nice rooms and facilities!!!. Very friendly and helpful staff. nice place friendly staff. The only downside is the lack of parking, although parking is available £5 a day there is only 4 car spaces. Street parking is allowed if your lucky enough to get a spot, however there is a Pay and Display car park approx 250 metres away which cost £8 for 24 hours. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing that we didn't like. Location - quite significant noise from street outside the room kept us awake late into the night - Steph the owner tried her best to rectify but was really out of her control. Breakfast - little basic, no yoghurt or pastries and no side plate so your toast got a bit beany (just slight gripe!). Maybe the stairs, as we live in a bungalow but it was good exercise!. Very tiny bathroom! Couldn't get wi-fi in bedroom. shower to small and no parking. The UHT milk for tea in bedroom !. Check out time is very early!!!. The room was fairly small but having said that it was clean and very comfortable. rooms were quite small.
