We found our stay very cosy and homely. All the staff was very friendly. We have taken our grand children to blackpool for the last 4 year for a mimi break and we have finally found the best hotel. So good that we have booked for next september. The location was great, as all amenities were nearby most especially the pleasurebeach.The staff really helpful and warm.Breakfast was fantastic and kids had a great time whilst there.I will definitely be going back.

The hotel is warm and friendly with a host that will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Fab Breakfast and comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. really enjoyed our stay...location was perfect...the breakfast was excellent... very clean...friendly staff. we will defo be staying again :). We only stayed there for one night, but would definately stay there again!.We found it very comfortable as well as clean and tidy!. Staff were really friendly, hotel was absolutely spotless. Great location for the pleasure beach. Breakfast good as well. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful the breakfast was fantastic. Wish we had stayed for longer. A warm welcome from start to finish, a home from home feeling, even my grandson called it his second home. We were made very welcome room was nice, breakfast was excellent great choice for kids too, fab location. The staff and service was excellent ...location was spot on ....food really nice. No parking but parked at south beach for £16 for 3 days so worked out ok. No negative comments to make. Only slight negative was it didn't have a lift so it wouldn't suit people with mobility problems. nothing. Room was a bit cramped. No on-site parking ( although available locally ). No wardrobe Compact room. last orders for breakfast on a sunday five to nine. N/A. The times of the breakfast with young kids its hard to get them up and ready in an hour time slot ( 8am - 9 am ) because we took an extra child with us they charged us an extra £10 which was not a problem but to still charge us the £10 and missing breakfast for all five of us I thought was a bit tongue in cheek.
