hot breakfast wi-fi old hotel decor tired and dated (much like reviewer) but as it is a budget hotel was OK clean and even though i am a smoker i can tell what a difference being a non smoking building makes as smelt fresh. It was warm and peaceful. I had a very good nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and homely. Would stay there again for sure.

Receptionist was a little unfriendly. booked cheap room so had to go 2 doors down landing to shower room. Break fast was too early. Couple of things were broken like my window's handle so I couldn't open it. But it is still good for the money. I still offer it to anybody who wants to stay at a place for cheap. Non that I can recall. The hotel is on a busy main road. Weather was too hot to sleep with the windows closed but with the windows open, it was quite noisy. If air-conditioning was not possible, perhaps include a desk fan in the room as well in the summer?. The use of frozen sausages in the breakfast! They are not nice, fresh is best. Location is about 6 miles from city center. That means use of a taxi every time you need to go some place. Location a bit far from shops & area obviously has huge social issues. lost my 10 bill. Beds and furnishing are really ancient. Wifi internet connection has a huge lag. Everything else was quite awful. The cleanliness of the hotel was a disgrace, urine stained mattresses, dirty carpets etc. Tiles missing in shower areas. Seats burst in lounge area. Had to leave to book somewhere else it was that bad. Won't be back. Too cold , outdated , smells.
