Very friendly welcome, helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, large choice of teas/coffees in room, bottled water replenished daily, good quality toiletries including toothpaste - very useful! Powerful shower, bathrobe and lovely soft towels. Fabulous breakfast in lovely bright conservatory room. Not the weather to go in the garden - but looked very nice from the window! A very pleasant stay -would definitely recommend.
kaikki arvostelut » Julie and her sister were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. It was very handy for the N.E.C., with a bus stop just round the corner. The railway station has free parking, and is a short drive away, making it easy to get into town or to the exhibition/conference centre and airport. We would visit again without hesitation.. One of the most pleasant business stop overs in 35 years made by the personal attention and small attention to details such as quality of the breakfast and the cleanliness of every room and item. Hard working owner and staff who are genuine people. If someone complains about this place then it is they who have the problem. Fantastic few days at a spotless B&B with an extremely warm welcome from Julie. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfasts were fabulous. Beds extremely comfortable and amazing attention to detail. Close proximity to the NEC. Will definitely be returning on our next visit to Birmingham. Very highly recommended. Luxury room, Julie, Clive and Tracy are totally chilled, like old friends within an hour of arriving, really helpful, lovely homely atmosphere, amazing garden to lounge and enjoy a glass of wine in. Very, very good breakfasts, just a very relaxing, comfortable, luxurious, chilled out place to be. We are not usually keen on guesthouse accommodation however we are now well and truly converted. What a find! Everything was perfect clean and comfy rooms, friendly host and staff and a lovely freshly cooked breakfast. We will certainly visit again. Julie gave us a vwry warm welcome She was helpful providing local information and next morning nreakfast was just right. Bedroom was comfortable and cosy. Breakfast room was fabulpus. everything, what a super hotel. Julie and Tracy are amazing, clean, bright , welcoming with a breakfast to die for. Make sure you try the mushrooms! Fresh fruit every day. A wonderful place to stay with really lovely hosts and a fabulous breakfast to set you up for the day. Highly recommended. I will be back next year. More suited to people with cars as nowhere to go for a meal within walking distance, and a 30 min walk or bus-ride to the NEC. Shower-room quite narrow. We couldn't find a shaver point in room - but luckily my hubby found one in the bathroom adjacent to our room. Alarm clock provided - a nice touch but it had such a loud 'tick' we had to put it under a towel in the bathroom to drown out the noise overnight!!. I would have liked a bath as well as a shower but that is being really picky and the only reason the facilities goes from excellent to good. Nothing at all. That we had to leave and go back to work!!!!!. N/A. Nothing. nothing everything was very good. nothing at all. Having to go home . room bit small. Literally no negatives. Nothing. Bedroom was very small. for the disabled the stairs for my wife were a bit steep but we managed, they should advertise the ground floor rooms even though the bathroom was shared.
