  Found the hotel to be very cosy and welcoming, had a fantastic meal in the restaurant and brilliant choice at breakfast. Room great for our needs really clean and warm. - Excellent Stay, Friendly Staff, Great Food, Very Clean Room and free wireless could not ask for any more for the excellent rate

  The room was perfect, staff very friendly, pool and steam room very nice! well worth the money. food was superb in the Black Sheep, with a good variety....and breakfast was spot on!! not one bad thing to say about the place. and only 10 mins from alton towers. - Staff were professional and helpful.
