  ~I have never been to Southampton before but I enjoyed only being 10mins from shops and other attractions. The hotel staff were very helpfuland answered questions promptly. I ate in the restaurant and thoroughlyenjoyed my meal. I was particulary impressed by the young girl whoserved me both times with her politeness and help. - One of the best Hote... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ls in the UK - and I stay in a LOT of them - staff customer service really was excellent - and that was not just one or two but each and every staff member I had contact with - quite amazing in fact and no I dont work for them - I am just not used to such good service.
