  Excellent venue in the countryside which we chose due to its location very close to Luton airport prior to our break in Malta. We only wish we had time to stay and enjoy the hospitality of the hosts ( excellent and extremely welcoming and helpful ) and the lovely surroundings in the countryside. Many thanks for booking us a taxi at 4.30 and I can only apologise for not having signed the vis - The room was tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom has a relaxing view of the countryside. The cottage is isolated, in a panoramic position: you can keep the curtains open without fear for your own privacy! The breakfast is homemade, very good and plentiful, and the breakfast room is very nice, with tables for each group of guests. The local knowledge of the reception staff on arrival and the guidance given by phone, to find the hotel from LUTON AIRPORT was excellent - suprisingly noisy in the room facing the main road although we were a fair distance from the road and the road was only an A road .

  This place is fantastic! A warm and cosy Traditionally styled Pub/Restaurant. There is ample parking right outside the entrance which we need for our enormous van. The Staff are 100% attentive and the service is quick too, the food and wine was particularly nice and at a reasonable price too. Truly excellent!!..I can't wait to return. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food served was excellent. We so enjoyed our first evening meal that we returned for the second evening before we returned home. We were able to leave the car parked there while we used the bus, which stopped right outside the hotel, to visit St Albans.
