  The staff were fantastic, friendly helpful, passionate about service. I got to the hotel tired and late. They were more than accommodating and informative. Decoration is a bit dated but as always in Premier Inn the rooms are large and clean. The bed is perfect. It is very quiet at night if you have a room facing the woods. You can sleep with the window open. There is a large Sainsbury at the other side of the road so you can buy your own fresh breakfast and lunch if you like.

I requested level access if possible and Debbie was absolutely brilliant calling her other ground floor weekend guests to ask if they would mind moving upstairs - they didn't - and making sure there was a seat in the shower. Faultless! - The hosts, Debbie and Peter, were really lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and a good price. I wish we could've stayed longer as it was a really lovely room with a huge bed and sitting area in the bedroom. There's also a communal area downstairs which is very homely. The beach is only a short walk from the B&B and we walked to Bournemouth beach in the evening which took around 30 minutes.
