We stayed one night again for the second week running. Daughter had head cold and temperature. Staff went out of their way to help i.e. jugs of iced water etc and very accommodating with all requests. As with my review from last week thoroughly enjoyed the overnight stay. A big thank you to the lovely Manager and all his kind staff, We will be returning in the not to distant future.

Excellent service. We went for the first time and enjoyed Bournemouth. The hotel is located 5 mins walk away from the boscombe town center and about 10 mins from the sea. we were offered tea on arrival and the breakfast next morning was great. Excellent value for money. -

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel! The owners and staff were very friendly, interesting and helpful. We were made to feel welcome instantly. They also had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us good recommendations for eating out. We stayed in the stunning and very luxurious "red" room, which was large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.

mintes, there is asda and subway nearby. So you can easly get the

Every thing. Staff, comfort, location, cleanliness, fresh towels daily, in room tea/coffee making facilities topped up daily.
Jorge was welcoming, friendly with good advice on where to go and how to get there. He prepared an early 7am breakfast and ordered a taxi for us on the morning of our departure as we had to catch an early train to London. Overall a very pleasent vacation and if we return to Bourne mouth we will definatly stay in the Shirley again.
