I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned.

We appreciated the staff's genuine and friendly approach to their clients. Effort had been put into interior design and we really liked both our room and the breakfast hall.   We all had a fantastic time. Staff were friendly, rooms were fantastic, meals and hotel brill.. location stunning.... Thank you - Staff great, helped us out when electrics in room failed. Nothing too much trouble. Room large, clean, comfortable.
