  A big plus for me personally was no radiators,instead large air conditioner that meant you chose your temperature not the hotel. Another big plus very quiet room very well double glazed slept till 9 even though on busy road. Also very clean and comfortable. - This was my second stay this year and was as good as last .   Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any

  This is a good hotel for an overnight stay if you're flying in/out of Heathrow. It's a bit of a hike from the tube stop to the hotel if you're walking. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good. It's definitely a no frills place, though. - close to the tube station
