The staff were excellent at the hotel. After being very confused and taken to the other Premier Inn where the staff did not have a clue how we could get to the other hotel as they said they did not have a shuttle the staff att he hotel I had booked difused the situation and granted us free shuttle service for the next day. I would stay there again

The head housekeeper took me to the hospital and offered to pick me up. They were just fantastic. I was able to stay for a second night without any problem abnd as I was unsure when my husband would be out of hospital they were happy to keep the room open for me.

Absolutely loved it from the minute I turned off the main road, to find
a Premier Inn tucked away in woodland so close to Gatwick Airport was a
surprise. Spent three days and received a friendly welcome from staff
who were always willing to help in whatever matter. My room was quiet

Excellent! Extremely friendly, helpful and curteous staff. Very clean and well decorated rooms, with good bathroom facilites. Comfortable beds and in a very peaceful area considering its so close to the airport. Great restaurant facilities and lovely garden to sit in. Loved that it was set in the grounds of 14th Century manor house. Free parking too!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Manor Royal, Gatwick, Premier Inn. This was our first night in a Premier Inn and based on this we will certainly consider others in the chain in the future.
It had a number of positives - even more striking given the excellent value price we paid to stay. These included:

It is a real hotel, and it rescued our holiday in London! There were quiet room, clean carpet and bedding, nice staffs... We felt we were very welcomed at this hotel. Moreover, it is budget-friendly as compared to others. If we had known it earlier, we would choose to stay here and travel to the city everyday rather than staying in the downtown.

This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again. -

The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

Just what I was looking for - an old country farmhouse. I arrived quite
late due to unforseen circumstances but was left friendly instructions
and the owner pre-ordered an early morning taxi for me the next day.
Didn't have to worry about traffic problems for an early flight, and
was forced to pack sooner than my normal time so good result all round.

Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast. Driving down after work from Lancashire we wanted somewhere we could check into very late and that was comfortable, reasonably priced and included a breakfast. Little Foxes comfortably met all those requirements and its proximity to Off-Airport parking and Gatwick itself (and yet with no problem of noise) is excellent.

The single room was small but comfortable.
Plumbing was good.
Breakfasts good too.
Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.

It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport. The bathroom was exceptionally clean
