  Staff very helpful allowed us to check-in earlier than stated. We could leave our luggage safe for a few hours after we checked-out. Room had a lovely view and was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower to an excellent standard and we got fresh towels each day if we needed them.   A warm and inviting hotel situated on a bus line to take you to Dundee with 10 minutes. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean and had ensuite privileges. Staff were pleasant and accomodating when we showed up a few hours prior to the check in time. The hotel has a lounge/bar area, a sunroom, patio and a restaurant. Lovely breakfast, served a bit earlier for us as we had a fishing trip booked and needed to leave 10-15mis after breakfast should start.
