Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45 in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

The new wing is superior and all have balconies with a view of the sea of Marmara. it is well placed for my client's plant and for the ferry terminal nearby. Wifi is free. Shuttle services from the hotel to various locations are good and mostly free of charge.
