Staff were gentle in their approach, efficient in their delivery and had a wicked albeit understated sense of humour. I would have loved to take them with us for the rest of our tour.   Charming cave room apt, in a beautiful location overlooking the valley. Enjoyed the breakfast brought to our room and fresh bread delivered in the morning. We stayed in ten hotels during our trip and this was by far our favorite and most memorable as well as - Les Maisons de Cappadoce are beautifully restored local cave houses. Our studio Les Chevres was overlooking Pigeon Valley where we could see great examples of the rock formations which are typical of Cappadocia. We had a guide for 2days, arranged by Jacques, and this was well worth it. Uchisar where Les Maisons are situated is quite a small town and much less commercialised than nearby Goreme.
