  The hotel is centrally located near central coach station in Ankara with convenient connections to other central districts of the city. My room was very clean and comfortable, the furniture was new and the room facilities were complete to my needs. I also used the sauna and the Finnish bath facilities in the hotel. The breakfast was perfect with many - Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to help. The receptionist even gave me her mobile phone to use! The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave.

  I stayed there for five nights. Overall Good Business Hotel.With everything sytematic and in order. Food is very good.   This place is very well-appointed and clean. It seemed very new. It is very close to the Mevlana Museum, just a 2-min. Walk or so. We travelled there by bus, and we then took the tram from the bus station to Aladdin Tepesi, and walked 10 min. Breakfast was a decent buffet with a view of the Mevlana Museum. - Rumi Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed at! Being tired from all the site seeing, Rumi hotel gave us that rest we needed ( it was very similar to western hotels). We came from the states so customer service was a big deal to us...the staff and specifically Ahmed, was so kind and helpful. Hassan was also a very warm-hearted, true, and helpful person :) thank you Rumi Hotel!

The breakfast was okay. so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia.   The suites were located close to town which made trips to grab a bite to eat easily accessible. Staff spoke english very well and were more than accomodating booking us tours, storing our luggage and offering us coffee or another beverage anytime we were outside. The rooms were very cute and spacious and included a safe which was appreciated. The breakfast was also quite expansive and served - Wow!!!! Possibly the coolest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. They were instrumental in helping us get some of our lost luggage from Kayseri airport. They booked all the tours for us and made our trip so effortless. The views from the room were spectacular. We are the envy of all our friends when we show them the pictures of our room. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

  Great staff, friendly and conciencious. Rooms are very clean and up to date, nicely appointed. Location is convenient to everything. Have stayed here a dozen times. - nice breakfast selection, restaurant with option to have breakfast outside, reasonably good Wi-Fi connection (in comparison to other hotels in Turkey)

  The Lalezar hotel offered excellent value for the comfortable room and location!!! In addition, the staff was very helpful and made sure our stay was nothing less than perfect!! We arrived early and they made the exception to take us in before official check out and also let us take advantage of the wonderful breakfast!!! Ours had two windows that opened to a beautiful view of Goreme and other carved sandstone-like spires. At sunrise, you could see many hot-air balloons ascending in the sky. Fabulous! The owner and manger so thoughtful. They called our room early (at 0700) to say breakfast was ready--in order to avoid the rush of a tour
