  The staff really knows how to do their job - discrete enough but always available and very friendly. The hotel is located in my favorite area of Istanbul, Taksim Square, so all the services are right downstairs.   owner was so friendly and helped us for finding address and sightseeing places. It is the best choice we did. The location is strategic, alhough in a residential area, however it is very safe and friendly, feels like home. Rooms are cleaned once in two days.
