everything (paid 59eur!) Lastly, friendly and accomodating staff! -
The hotel staff were the ones that really made our stay memorable. The were caring, funny and tried to help us with all our needs, from getting a change of room due to a faulty air-conditioning unit, to recommending the best kebab shop in the area. They were always around for a friendly chat and made us feel a home.

Don't know from where i should start. Everything and I mean everthing was more than excellent. I booked 7 nights and extend my stay 4 nights more, check in in less than a minute, staff very helpful with big smile and all of them speak english, they will do their maximum to help u and some times help to get taxi, their efferot is really apprciated.

We (my wife and I along with our 19 years old daughter and 3 chldren, 11, 9 and 4) stayed from 18 to 23 Aug. 2013 at this wonderful hotel. All of us enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect. Close to Galata Tower and Istiklal street. The decoration and ameneties in the room were excellent. The staff at the reception, In particular Ozgur and Havzullah were very friendly and spent some time to explain to us how to get around. Overall an excellent hotel for families with children.
