She was attentive and remembered what we liked. - Can who was also gracious and pleasant. - Ilkyaz who checked us in. She advised we take the executive package (no pressure) and it turned out to be an excellent sugge - We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

  I'm very grateful for Mme Elif, she was very proffesional in handling a passport-related situation. The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Also thankful for Miss Bashak in reception for the upgrades. - location, service, design etc . . .
