They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   Hotel is at center of Istanbul, just a few steps from Taksim square. We somehow get big bridal suite on the last stage free of any additional fees. It was big studio with large comfortable bed, a lot of windows and nice street view. Furniture not new, but looks very good + central condition (a little noisy), free Wi-Fi, sat.TV, mini bar, kettle.   We had a fantastic deal on the hotel through letsbookhotel.com, and paid 350 euro for four nights. When we got to the hotel, a sign said our room would have sold for 240/night! For the price, we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious and quite luxurious, with a comfortable bed and grand bathroom (including a fantastic shower).
