  Location, next to the Osmanbey metro station. Also the shopping area of Nisantasi is very close. The conference centres of ICC and Lutfi Kirdar are a short 10-15 minutes walk away. Basic, no-nonsense accommodation, but very adequate, and reasonably priced. - The staff was very nice, although their English was limited.   The sogut was a great hotel clean and comfortable the staff trıed theır hardest to communıcate ın englısh.I would not hesıtate to stay there agaın. - I appreciated the reduced rate by booking on line and it was better than the photos i looked at :)
