  We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helped us in booking restaurants/clubs and speak good English. The location is great, in one of the best parts of istanbul full of nice cafes and away from the busy touristy areas. The reception staff were friendly and kind especially Ali he helped us allot. the apartment was spacious and comfortable and warm. We Would definitely come stay there again

The same is with metro - The apartment was so great. I booked the big apartment which can contain around 8 people.It was consist of two levels. Sam is the manager of this property and he was very helpful and friendly. The location was not to far from Taksim squire. it takes from you around 10-15 min by walk. I will absolutely come back to this hotel apartment.

  The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room. Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room. Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel.
