  1) Nice friendly staff, homely atmosphere , Mesut and young lady at reception were quite helpful. 2) Room was spacious (huge) with kitchenette having electric kettle, microwave, induction cooker 3) Clean wash room with separate shower area 4) Location close to international convention centre (400 meters), 15 mts walk to Taksim. Nice cafes (cafe zone in particular) all around. 5) Quite area, good room to relax - The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

  Location, next to the Osmanbey metro station. Also the shopping area of Nisantasi is very close. The conference centres of ICC and Lutfi Kirdar are a short 10-15 minutes walk away. Basic, no-nonsense accommodation, but very adequate, and reasonably priced. - The staff was very nice, although their English was limited.   The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   Hotel is at center of Istanbul, just a few steps from Taksim square. We somehow get big bridal suite on the last stage free of any additional fees. It was big studio with large comfortable bed, a lot of windows and nice street view. Furniture not new, but looks very good + central condition (a little noisy), free Wi-Fi, sat.TV, mini bar, kettle.
