  everything was excellent in this hotel. EVERYTHING! and I can not find any problem to mention. very very clean and comfortable, polite and helping staff and very good location.   BROWNIE - this is the first thing I remember about KAYA - the best brownie I have had was served in their lavish breakfast spread. I loved it. Staff was friendly - they returned cash back when we cancelled the third day due to change of plans and also packed an awesome breakfast due to our early departure.   Amazing staff, they gave us many nice surprises during our stay, delivered more than was needed or expected. Location and the views were great (ocean view), great gym, delicious breakfast, small treats in the executive lounge and in the lobby, efficient bell boys and valet parking. I upgraded my room with some fair charge and in return had a sea view room with some additional privileges. (Executive club) In the 11th floor there is a very nice restaurant with magneficient view, plus some free snacks+drinks for customers who stays in executive room. Location was perfect, also personnel was quite kind and helpful.
