  Basically everything, the apartment was in an amazing location and clean. I had it with two balconies one on each side looking on sea side and the local street. Orhan (owner/Manager) is a very friendly and welcoming person and takes care of the property well. This is not a hotel, but a fully fernished apartment. The most wonderful thing we experienced is the hotel manager Mr. Orhan, he speaks a good Arabic, English as well, he helped us with everything we required during our stay.   the host was amazingly kind, He was all the time helping us and suggesting us places to go and the best way to go there. Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful.   Hotelli hyvällä paikalla, vaikkakin omituisesti rinteessä ja vähän vaikea löytää, esim kun tulee kentältä taksilla. Huoneet pienet, mutta siistit. If you want to see the city I highly recommend it. The hotel is nice and clean with friendly staff. The rooms are small but comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast is a classic, normal. Cheese, eggs, butter ... And of course, the city is beautiful. - I liked the place of the hotel, it's near to Taksim square , the hotel is very clean , tidey and comfortable.

  We had a fantastic deal on the hotel through letsbookhotel.com, and paid 350 euro for four nights. When we got to the hotel, a sign said our room would have sold for 240/night! For the price, we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious and quite luxurious, with a comfortable bed and grand bathroom (including a fantastic shower). I had read complaints about a poor breakfa - The hotel is perfectly located in the European part but with Dolmus (6 euro) easy to go (direct) to the azian side. Opera is close to Taksim, where is the Hilton, Hiatt, .. all big famous hotels, BUT Opera (small scale) positions itself in the middle of all The room we stayed in is loung and extermely beautiful, view on Bosphurus, all windows. Also the resto on topfloor perfect and briljant food!
