  The staff really knows how to do their job - discrete enough but always available and very friendly. The hotel is located in my favorite area of Istanbul, Taksim Square, so all the services are right downstairs.   We had a fantastic deal on the hotel through letsbookhotel.com, and paid 350 euro for four nights. When we got to the hotel, a sign said our room would have sold for 240/night! For the price, we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were spacious and quite luxurious, with a comfortable bed and grand bathroom (including a fantastic shower). I had read complaints about a poor breakfa - The hotel is perfectly located in the European part but with Dolmus (6 euro) easy to go (direct) to the azian side. The location is amazing, just in taksim square, near the Marmara hotel (one minute walk) and really near to istiklal street (1 min walk), a really entertaining place. Istanbul is a wonderful city, I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody. + all the taxis are just outside the hotel and in the rooms, the windows are well made, we don't hear the noise from outside.

  This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed on, from a value-for-money point of view. We were not in Istanbul during high season, which of course may have affected the price, but still - a nice staff, a well equipped room, a clean and modern bathroom, cosy floor heating all over (Istanbul can be a cold place in December…).
