  Basically everything, the apartment was in an amazing location and clean. I had it with two balconies one on each side looking on sea side and the local street. Orhan (owner/Manager) is a very friendly and welcoming person and takes care of the property well. This is not a hotel, but a fully fernished apartment. Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful.
