This small, 14-room economy hotel (we paid 49 Euros/night in July -- though the price doubles in the spring and summer seasons) is a 5-minute walk from Istiklal, and about 10 minutes from Taksim Square. It's on a quiet but lively little street in Beyoglu (so close to the crowds yet so far), with some quirky but appealing cafes and restaurants. The staff is consistently helpful, there is a free breakfast from 8-10 A.M., there is a 15 percent discount on meals in the adjoining cafe, the rooms are.

Your hotel felt like a second home. The location is just perfect, located in a lovely and lively small street. You did a great job renovating the building. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms, I especially liked the ones at the front with the small balcony. We loved the small cafe where home made-dishes, fresh juices and great coffee are s. Modern, well-looked after establishment, with a minimalist but stylish and funky appearance. Very comfortable, good-sized rooms, good amenities (free wifi, lots of storage space in rooms, modern air-conditioning, large bed, nice clean bathroom). Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, several of them with good English, very happy to give advice. Will loan their guests an Istanbulkart, extremely useful for getting around on public transport. Hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes south of T. It`s still a new hotel, but almost every thing was perfect. Room is bit tiny but serving the purpose of a nice clean night stay. Clean bathroom with everything you need The staff was really helpful and good english speakers. The owner and his wife were really great and caring a lot about each guest comfort and were really happy and caring to hear the remarks. Food is extra good, there pasta is super. My experience at NY-IST during my 5 night stay was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and daily room service to clean the room. The happening Istikla street is just 2 mins walk away. Taksim metro station 5 mins walk away. I will definitely go back to Istanbul and would stay at NY-IST again :). I liked everything the owner is a good person we canceled to nights and he didn’t say anything. Every thing near and the hotel position is near to all the places. We liked the hotel and sure in our next trip it will be our first choose. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and willing to make calls and reservations for U. Owner is always there to make sure everything is okay. Right behind Istiklal Street and 5 mins walk to Taksim Sq and metro station. The staff is very friendly. The little cafe downstairs is great to hang out and read a book. Location could not be any better. And most of all: the hotel is SUPER clean. I would recommend this hotel for anybody staying in Istanbul. 1) as i was in ny-ist out of the season i paid for regular room but received upgraded one 2) central location - 5min walk to takaim 3) staff is very helpful 4) perfect relation price-quality. I can honestly say that I have nothing to criticize about this budget- conscious, well-located hotel. I honestly can't think of anything.. Although the hotel is in a narrow street, the vicinity, with lots of bars, can get a bit noisy, even late into the night - it's an inevitable feature of the whole area. This is in spite of the double-glazing. Buffet-style breakfast is included in the price, but although it's reasonably copious, it's rather bland - and definitely not Turkish-style. nothing to be mentioned really. Breakfast is very basic, but to the value of money it was good. need to put tissues in the room itself and a trash basket in the room beside the ones in the bathroom. poor WiFi connectivity. The breakfast was nothing like the website described. No pancakes no omlettes...suit yourself with tea or coffee then walk town to Istiklal st and eat cheap yummy food there. I had friends staying on the first floor (above the cafe) and they said that it was a bit noisy, so avoid staying on the first floor. only downside was the bed was a little hard - but still slept fine and we could hear the people next door to us so soundproofing could be better. Neither if which put us off returning there for a second visit. There's nothing negative to say about NY IST Suites. პრინციპში არაფერი. The location when u go by the car it's not easy for driver.and there is no copy space. -it is not possible to keep any electricity in the room when away nor A/C. it made it warm when we came back to the room but the A/C works well even if we have to keep it on -housekeeping could be more thorough in the bathroom. The hotel locates at a small alley. It will be very helpful if you print out the map sent by this hotel before your trip. breakfast could be improved. Small room. There is room for improvement (breakfast and generally the service). -الغرف ضيقة جدا -الاسنصير ضيق جدا وبطيء -مكان الفندق في زقاق ضيق واغلب -التكاسي لا تستطيع معرفة العنوان بسبب مكانة -باب الحمام لايغلق مما يؤدي الى خروج رائحة كريهة بالغرفة - لايصلح لسكن العائلات بسبب ضيق الغرف - الفطور بسيط جدا جدا - لايوجد ريسبشن للإنتظار. the room was very hot, noisy and the air conditioner was in front at the bed. tiny rooms,no lobby at all and a really very poor breakfast.With the same money tou can stay somewhere better!!!.
