  the staff were very friendly, they helped you with everything. The staff- Tugay was really really nice. He will help you a lot. The breakfast was okay. so close tothe bus terminal. and you don't need to walk uphill to this hotel. The restaurant next to the hotel, according to my opinion, is the best( price,portion,taste,service,atmosphere) fast ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » internet connection. candies/chocolate for guests in the reception. - The staff at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. Not only were they the helpful about arranging tours, recommending restaurants, even reserving out of town excursions, they were some of the friendliest people we met in Cappadocia. They do everything to help make your stay pleasant, and your visit to the area as effortless as possible. Ask for Ilknur and Kemal, they were terrific.

  The Lalezar hotel offered excellent value for the comfortable room and location!!! In addition, the staff was very helpful and made sure our stay was nothing less than perfect!! We arrived early and they made the exception to take us in before official check out and also let us take advantage of the wonderful breakfast!!! Perfect location. Unusual room design. Panoramic view. All sightseeing offered at the hotel were excellent, safety & of high quality (guides, transfers & meals)

  The staff was courteous and very helpful with all our needs. The room was very large with king sized bed and a beautiful view for the local fairy chimneys which populate the valley.
