I think it is a new hotel designed so modern and chic. My arrive to
hotel was so easy since it is located approximately 5 minutes from
Ataturk airport. The building was so majestically designed. Outside was
illuminated by blue leds that gives it being a modern aspect. Besides,

The hotel is modern and luxury, the available facilities are suitable for both families and business trips. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Was a Decent place to stay with large bedroom . Location is excellent and 10 min walking distance from blue mosque grand bazaar Hague Sophia . Breakfast was same all 5 days but then basics were provided . Don't expect much . . However the owner have us a warm welcome . And the reception staff was courteous. The wonderful hotel in the heart of ancient town. We lived in apartments - it was great. Good heated room, super friendly staff (more friendly than in 5 stars hotels!!!!. 3-4 min to shopping area and 4-5 min to good small buffets and stores. Excellent !!!

The flat was superb - almost brand new - extremely comfortable,spacious, warm and well equipped. It was cleaned daily - there was nothing for us to do. We even had a patio area complete with the usual furniture, which we used for a relaxing drink at the end of each day.

We could not fault this flat! - The rooms were immaculately clean and were beautifully furnished. The owner of the hotel provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful (even to the extent of coming out on his motorbike to guide us to the suites when we were "slightly lost") about all aspects of our stay in Istanbul. Children can't wait to go back for a second visit. Would highly recommend it!!!

Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with
young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. -
The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

The staff was friendly. There was a free shuttle 3 times daily to Taksim
Square and Sultanahmet, the driver was polite and very careful with the
passengers' safety. The room was clean, had all facilities, we have
really felt like home. The breakfast was rich. Nearby there is a
supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes. It is close to highway.
There was parking underground and outside in front of the hotel. The
internet connection was good.

I read so many critics about the services and standard of the hotel just a night before traveling there. To my surprise, the services where nothing compared to what I've read online. If something, it is better than I've ever expected as for the apartments are extremely bigger and more beautiful than the pictures online.
Everywhere is properly cleaned, all equipments and facilities are up and running, good customer service, 24hr room service and you find taxis parked outside all the time(24hr).
