  I liked the staff, very professional. Looked for an adapter and cable for internet connection in my room, no problem at all for them. Light rail system 500 metres from the hotel door and taxi rank also very close.   WOW! After travelling Europe for a month and to finish our trip at Istanbul Gonen Hotel was an experience, if we could we would have extended our stay. The reception we received even in the early hours of the morning was courteous and friendly, at last no language barrier. The breakfast was excellent, variety. Room clean and shower spacious. Fantastic staff!!! - Excellent hotel, the rooms are new, very clean and I like so much the design of the bathroom with a full a big glass window (with courtain) between shower and bedroom. It's close to the airport (5 minutes by taxi), as I arrived very late at night, I choose this hotel for the excellent rate and the quality of the rooms and it was better than what I expected. I recommend it!

  We booked this hotel at the end of our trip, before flying out of Ataturk. We didn't have enough time to go into the city, so we just booked a hotel close to the airport. It's 15 min away (10 euros, or 20-22.5 turkish liras) by taxi. The room we got (on the 9th floor) was fantastic. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. There is a spa (not free obviously) and exercise (i'm assuming fre - Titanic Hotel chain is one of the best Hotel in Turkey. In Titanic Bakirkoy, from check in to the check out everthing was well prepared like other Titanic Hotels. My first experince with Titanic hotels was in Taksim several years ago. Since then, nothing changed. I was really appreciated at that time.I believe many European countries do not have such a management. From cleaning staff till high level of manager, thank you very much for everybody in the group.

  We particularly liked the location and facilities within the hotel - close to the airport, sea and shops. The staff were friendly and gave excellent service. The room was spacious with panoramic sea views. Breakfast selection was first class and the trendy bar was friendly. Lobby entertainment with the piano was enjoyable.
