Owners hands on approach and professionalism. -Intimate courtyard with chairs and pool -Beach close by with lounge chairs for use -Restaurants on site -Friendly staff. -Many ants in the room; crawling on the bed - we got several bites -Lumpy hard bed; very thin pillows -Place needs some TLC - sink counter top has pieces falling off -We were overcharged (based on hotel's posted amount - 105 TND - we paid 130 despite arguing about it).
