  Very nice staff.Staff were amazing with kids. Very clean rooms. Window between bedroom-bathroom was good as you could watch kids bathing.Comfy Beds. Good pool chairs/loungers.   The staffs are super friendly and helpful. My husband lost his Eftpos card so we need to log in to internet banking to transfer all money to mine card. The room decoration is awesome, clean, modern, air c - was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort. Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing. New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of. Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.

  The staff were amazing.Friendly and very approachable. The rooms were cleaned on daily basis, new towels were placed in different forms every day. Bottle of water replenished as well.
