The hotel is just few steps from a beach and Bangla road, which makes it very comfortable. For the whole stay we didn't use Tuk-tuk even once. Good value for it's money. -

The location was v quiet with individual well equipped bungalows with small veranda, even had a kettle. Less than 5 mins walk to beach and 5 % discount at mamma Mia beach restaurant where food was great. Nice beach and plenty of bars, massage and restaurant. Took us less than 30 mins to go from twiddling toes in sand to having bags all checked in

First and foremost, I love the staffs there. They are very friendly and very helpful. If you have any queries on anything, you can just as them and they will assist you as much as they could.
The second one, I love the location of the hotel. It's so strategic, making everywhere that I had plan to go just a walking distance away.
Thirdly, the hotel itself is just superb. I love the room as it is so comfy and clean.

I would recommend a room with access to the pool, not the limited access to the pool for bathing, at any time. -

A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

It was very cozy, with nice grounds and neat rooms. The beach is pretty close, as are quite a few restaurants for those who want to try something new. The staff were extremely helpful, though not all spoke very good English. Both the common area and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. Wi-fi is free and works without a hitch.
