Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

Hotel staffs were great and helpful.
Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms are big.
Pool was awesome. Clean and provided clean towels at the bar just like a decent proper hotel.
Suitable for family. Especially young children. Pool has water slide.
Very quiet hotel, perfect for family bonding time.

Staff were incredibly friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Rooms were very well equipped & spacious, very modern & clean also. Food at breakfast & lunch/dinner was amazing. Very close to beach, about 10min walk. Nice and quiet location away from the more touristy areas of Phuket.

The staff were amazing! The resort was very relaxed and many staff helped us to organise activities around the area. The restaurant and bar facilities were fabulous and at a very good price. The room was cleaned daily and complementary water bottles were provided each day. My husband had his birthday at the resort and received a free cake and room service by boat was a real treat! The bed was a bit hard but you soon become accustomed to that.

Outstanding value!!! Has everything I need --- A/C, free wi-fi, refrigerator, very comfortable bed, close enough to the beach and nice restaurants (about 5-15 minute walk), but in a quiet area away from the craziness of the main streets. The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.

Hotel was perfectly located, close to all the places you want to see in Patong, Jungceylon and Bangla road was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The beach took about 10 minutes to walk to and it was a nice walk with lots to see.
The Pool area ontop was also great, and drinks were well priced.
All in all very impressed....and will recommend it to any

Simple, adequately furnished, with no frills. Clean and well looked
after pool was always inviting and to die for after being out in the
hot sun.....
The area is well shaded by all sorts of tropical foliage. The fact that you can just walk out of your room and the pool was only a few steps away is very appealing.
Breakfast, whilst nothing out of tip world was always well prepared and served by helpful staff.
