  We had heard a lot of negative comments about the staff being rude and barking orders about fines for towels and room key, they are just doing their job people. Its hard to find a decent mid priced hotel as most of the reviews for other hotels are shocking but this is perfect. Its location is perfect for everything, its 5 mins stroll to the pier, in the centre of town but facing into a courtyard pool so no noise from outside. A few minutes to the beaches. Definitely pleased with this hotel. Its a little more exspensive than a similar hotel in Phuket, but everything on Phi Phi is due to transport cost

  All the staff was very friendly and helpfull. They made our stay really enjoyable. We had a room with the garden view but it was only 1min walk to the beach. The restaurant of the hotel had nice thai food and the sea view is amazing. The massage parlour was good and cheaper than most other parlours on the island. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!
