  We found previous reviews hilarious when we got here: *People complaining you had to go uphill to the bungalow-guess what, if everyone wants a sea view, some have to go uphill! *Complaining the pool was dirty-it's surrounded by trees, buds and leaves fall from trees. Staff were excellent as our luggage was left on the ferry (not the hotel's fault) and they called the ferry company on our behalf and sorted everything. We liked the location as it was close to the action but far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet if you wish - perfect! Especially loved the generous balcony with loungers, table and chairs.   Transfer from Ton Sai pier to hotel reception (and back) by longtail boat, nice clean beach, big beautiful territory with pool, nice bungalows with balcony, tasty breakfasts with wide variety of meals, restaurant on the beach - Hotel Location is nice. Villa was furnished well. Restorant is good and staff was friendly.

  Loved the location and the outdoors facilities: massages, reception (with newspapers and magazines) the beds at the sea, the lovely garden. Breakfast was excellent as well: proper bread (real croissants!!), well cooked eggs, a good choice between muesli etc and fresh orange/mandarin juice. After 3 weeks of drinking sugar water with a colour for or... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ange juice, this was a welcome treat (my boyfriend even asked: what is this? ;-) ) The rooms are not too big, but there is no need for them to be bigg - Firstly the staff were amazing. Tom and Ning couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. They made everything easy for you. We thought the location was perfect. Excellent views, close to pier. Yes it was a little walk from town but we quite enjoyed the walk home. Is an easy walk home along beach in the serenity. Nice to be close to action but far enough away it doesn't disturb you. Great little local bar close it it to that was fantastic. People complained about the flies at breakfast. Yes

  Lives up to its name! We found this little hideaway beach just the best place to stay in Phi Phi. If you want to stay out of the busy tonsai area then this is just the perfect place. The Relax Beach resort has traditional style bungalows on the beach and on the hill looking over the sea. Electricity is provide only from 6pm- 6am which som - The whole resort was extremely picturesque. The staff, especially, made a huge impact on us. No request was too great, and they were always happy and smiling, with a willingness to please which went way beyond anything we had experienced.   I felt that Ms. Lee was very nice and helpful...not at all the irate person she has been portrayed to be. The guest house was clean and in a good location..not too far from the pier and mostly away from the loud bars. On Phi Phi, since you are not doing much in your room besides sleeping, what is there to complain about? - Close to the pier, rest... mitä ihmiset sanovat » aurants and bars, food stores and only a few minutes walk to the beach.   All the staff was very friendly and helpfull. They made our stay really enjoyable. We had a room with the garden view but it was only 1min walk to the beach. The restaurant of the hotel had nice thai food and the sea view is amazing. The massage parlour was good and cheaper than most other parlours on the island. So here's ours: Excellent!! We had a luxury bungalow close to pool and reception. Airco, Free wifi!!! Only 80eur/ night. Everywhere was clean, no bugs, a lot of cats though. The pool was beautiful. The beach bar had really good music, and overall it was not too noisy. Only 10 min from the pier, with a nice guy with trolley carrying our luggage. Perfect place!

  We loved the view...it was astonishing...maybe the best in phi phi.The staff were very friendly and looked as they enjoyed their work.Our bags were carried to and from the pier and up a considerable number of steps with no charge.The dining area had a spectacular view of both bays.The rooms were quite smart as phi phi goes,with all the comforts yo... mitä ihmiset sanovat » u would expect and the staff inspire your trust...In short we loved it.(If you have any mobility issues however the steps leading up to the hotel are - At first, was skeptical about so many non-stop steps before you reach the hotel premises, but once you are up there, the view covering the bay is simply amazing! The warm and cozy deluxe room had a balcony with a similar experience, with all basic amenities. The crowd was nice and the food was good too. Only seven minutes walk to the beach, so it's convenient too.
