  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » However, when I did this I was directed to reception who didn't seem to be aware of such a service. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us.   My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. This hotel is next to the big duty free shopping mall, so easy for shopping lovers. The hotel room is modern, spacious, clean and neat. I wou - The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

  Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service was excellent. Staff was attendtive and happy. The location was perfect for our stop over. Shopping mall was right next door. Siam and mbk was a walk away. The suite was equiped with microwave and fridge. Bath tub... mitä ihmiset sanovat » was big and hot water was perfect after a big day shopping in town.this is not our first time in thailand, and travel quite alot, I would recommend G - I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.
