Rooms -
everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality.
There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

Friendly and courteous staff, great central location on the island (scooter rental available on site). Very relaxing environment...conducive to both couples and families.
Relative to other places such as Phuket, Lanta is a safe place to ride a scooter, especially if you avoid high speeds and riding at night. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

Da and her staff were great, the girls really do their best even if they don't understand. Da helped with and saved us money on day trips, all of which were brilliant, our favorite being Koh Rok.

My husband has food allergies and I emailed the staff ahead of time to inform them. The food & beverage manager met with us and assured us that her staff had the list. Indeed they did - it was nice not to have to repeat all the allergies and they were all very thorough. The property, bungalow, pool and restaurants were all great. We were really impressed and thankful for the 3 nights we had here. We were finally able to get some sleep.

The hotel is new, very clean (room and theritory), friendly staff. Not far from the beach, about 20 minutes on foot or 3 mins by tuk-tuk (20 Baht per person one way). Nice swimming pool.
Price/quality ratio is very cool, we paid about $65 per night, and the hotel looks like solid 4 stars (~$90-100).
The restaurant is ok, but 70% of our dinners we had outside.

Firstly the staff were amazing. Tom and Ning couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. They made everything easy for you. We thought the location was perfect. Excellent views, close to pier. Yes it was a little walk from town but we quite enjoyed the walk home. Is an easy walk home along beach in the serenity. Nice to be close to action but far enough away it doesn't disturb you.
