The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

This was my 1st time staying at the LK Metropole but it won't be my last . When I got there the hotel was overbooked but they had held me a suite and I got a free upgrade . That was a very good start. The suite was huge and spacious . Beautiful room , really nice bathroom and 42 inch Sony TV . Breakfast was included but if you know Pattaya nightlf

The Staff gave us a wonderful welcome. My Mother & Brother stayed at this hotel for many years but sadly passed away earlier this year. I took my brother's ashes to Thailand to scatter him with my other brother who died there 7 years ago. I let the hotel know the purpose of my visit and upon arrival I was given a letter from the Manager saying how sorry the staff were to hear of my news.
