friendly staff, helped when needed. location wise was excellent, walking distance from walking street but the area (soi bucaou) itself i perfered as its not as busy or as commercialised and met so many friendly people from all countrys. The privacy. We took bike for rental and hotel people were good in helping to get bike,,taxi etc. people who wanna enjoy pattaya city,can take this hotel.

Ms. Ja and other girls was very polite and always be there if you are in need. clean rooms good and helpfull staff near city center safe rooms. location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. Great staff, great locatorn. it was quit despite the fact that its location was to a busy road and fairly close to the "walking street" and near to the action of pattaya. the stuff was polite despite their limited english speaking. it was a nice low bugdet hotel. the room was spacious. there was a safe box in the room. the linen looked really clean and the room was fairly clean. the air contition device in the room was powerful enough so I had no problem to cool the room fairly quickly. the best feature of the place was th. Near to the beach and walking street, foods and tourism bars. Silence. Cheap. 1.The Reception Staff are very good. 2. Good location. bad wifi toilet bloked the list goes on we thought that we had paid you people with our creit card but yhay said we had not so we had to pay again no happy jan we only had 1 pellow each an thay were very slim we asked for a nother thay ther was none very bad service sorry. politeness of staff location and quietness. it was close to somethings. Nothing. Ant infestation. kind of difficult to find since the location on the map of letsbookhotel.com was misleading and about 10' walk from the real location. I noticed a pack of delived food forgotten at the coridor of the floor of my room. two days later it still was there, colonized by flyes and other insects. that means there was nobody of the cleaning stuff vacuming or even walk from that spot. wi-fi connection had some pure times but it was finally working. Wi fi Wi fi Wi fi Worst. Location a bit far from Walking street. 1.Not very clean. 2.Owners forgot to pay electric bill so no power for 15 hours. 3. Rooms very small with wet bathroom not good for children. nothing. rooms not cleaned till 6:30 in evening. Pool is very small and for an indoor pool had leaves and othr debris in also far too much chlorine. Wifi kept going down. the staff was rude the rooms were not worth the money the checkin took three hours they over booked daily the water was not reliable did not have bathing water for a whole day they advertized eating facility but had none no coffee even offered for breakfest they tried to charge more for the room then the agreed amount when rooms were cleaned they did so most of the time at 6 pm could go on but not worth the trouble overall stay at the superbed otel was unpleasant.
