Owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Green park resort with various trees and plants. Nice swimmingpool inmidst the forest. Quiet surroundings. Location directly adjacent to Dongtan beach with beach chairs and umbrellas for free. Large and comfortable rooms in wooden houses and cottages of Thai style. Rooms were daily cleaned. . -

Very warm welcome with drinks, souvenir as a gift and stuff toy for my daughter.
Hut Style rooms was magnificent, clean and well decorated. Free WiFi in the rooms. Separate pool for Kids. Beach just at front of the hotel. Free Shuttle service to the main road. Very friendly owners and all the Staff members.

I liked everything, all new furniture and TV, the bed is awesome and the rooms are super clean, everyday. Staff and management are fantastic and very helpful. only a short walk 30 metres to the transport and very close to the beach and the bars.
I will be back here next time i go to Pattaya. Never stayed in a better 3 star more like 5 star.

spacious and clean. Very close to all atractions but in a quite street.
Only one thing, if you are coming with the airport bus from bkk you need
a taxi to reach the place and the drivers have difficulties finding the
address. You have to get out of the bus at the South Pattaya Rd ,

2. very close to the walking street and the beach road, so no worries of taking a bike taxi to goto places
3. there is a 7-11 close to the apartment, so no worries about supplies or drinks ..
4. vey calm and quiet neighbourhood and no noise from the parties happening around .. so can have a good sleep after the day out trips
