The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Location is perfect, tour agency nearby, can purchase island hoping tour easily. Everything is new (stayed in the new block). Clean. Wifi is VERY fast and reliable, every floor has a router. Motorbike rental 250 baht a day (new bike). Next to a pharmacy.

Minivan to and from airport is 180 baht per person, every hour, pick up from hotel.
Airport is about an hour away.

The spa centre was well done and provided excellent service and value for money (sports massage highly recommended) rooms were big and the cleaners did a great job every day.New flat screen TVs in great position so you could watch the TV comfortably from your bed.Good location to be able to walk to the beach and the markets. -

Beach is amazing! Say in the superior room and get the best views of the beach. Quiet beach with beautiful water and very clean and not busy. Great for family's free shuttle bus into patong! Winning. I loved the location as I felt that the hotel was surrounded by
mountains. I loved the room as it came with an outdoor Jacuzzi and a
spacious balcony. We took the normal/basic room and it was really
spacious as it came with a kitchen, two compartments, the living and

Travelled with 3 friends, all 21 years old. Great place to stay,
definitely not a party hotel/resort which is a positive in my
opinion... Beautiful villas, we stayed in the 2 bedroom pool villa which
is the most expensive but worth every penny. Its not in the heart of
patong, taking about 5 minuts by taxi/tuktuk/motorbike but
patong district is disgusting so its good being set away abit! Hotel
staff are lovely.
