With nothing like that in Phuket I will always be quick to book as soon as possible to find a spot in this piece of Paradise. From this strategic location, out from the noise but, at the same time, very well connected, it is possible to reach any point of Patong within few minutes. Moreover the Hotel is located on a hill which offer a fantastic panorama of the island, that leave speechless also the local people. The rooms are very large and much bigger then average, with en suite bathroom and p.

Great location, great and clean rooms with nice view, 5 mins to the main Patong beach and 15 mins to others absolutely beautiful bays. Nightlife is very active and the famous Bangla Road is at walking distance. Great and friendly staff ! Will definitely go back again soon !. The property is located in a good location in the center of the Nanai road. Sleep quality is excellent, the hotel has all the facilities at reception: laundry, taxy and tour desk. The staff is really friendly and ready to give advice on anything. Cleanliness is excellent I'll be back at this hotel again. We spent 19 days in Grand View. Recommend it to everyone. Room was big and cleaned every day. We received new beddings and towels every day as well. A good price for this hotel. Approximately 15 min walk from the beach. Nice quiet place, staff was really friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend some relaxing days in Patong. No water no nothing... Booked 5 days with booking.. Asked the man how much for 15 extra days.. Same price I said oki I just want to see the room.. Come back to pay then he say no I can not have to take more...? So I said I wanted to wait and think.. And then I wanted to pay he said I have to pay 500 for a sheet Becouse it's little dirty? Haha try to wash it first and then ask for money... That was really lame... Everything was with the owner.. Nothing !. nothing. After booking out there is no chance to have a shower or go to the restroom. Booked out at 12.00 but we had a flight at 23.00. Wifi was not good in the room & only ok near the reception office. patong away by walking. Bit far from beach about 20-25 min walk. Toilet and shower in one corner. No soap, no hot water!!!. If this is the last hotel on booking Oki take it... If not You have so many better with better staff better service and much more better location.. Good luck to every 1 to find a other hotel..
