Staff was friendly and helpful..they always went the extra mile -the
best, close to sky train, nice and quiet location, fast WiFi in big
spacious room. I would suggest to always book a taxi through hotel
reception because they only use meter taxis and drivers who actualy
bother to switch the meter on. 99 percent of the taxis dont bother to
switch it on and do u in. A trip with a taxi using the meter from Abloom
to international departures at the airport should cost u about 180 baht.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

All in all it was great.
Very friendly staff, nice pool on the rooftop with no people and it works until 23:00, fast wifi, very clean, modern and comfortable room. (we had Premier room and it was quite big)
Breakfast was good with all the basic western morning dishes, three types of tropical fruits, and 2-3 asian dishes.

really fantastic hotel I like it, easy and fast check in with warm welcome, they make early check in for us even without asking for that really professional, helpful and friendly staff. location very good specially for medical travelers (30 second to Bumrungrad Hospital). the rooms very comfortable with modern design. I visited Bangkok four times its the best hotel for medical travelers whose want to go to Bumrungrad hospital. Finally I can say Best Western is the best.

Hotel is amazing. Room is so comfortable,clean, wifi free and high speed. I love the gym and their swimming pool. Crave restaurant had good selection of wines, staff friendly as well.
